In 1947 the late El-Sheikh Mustafa El-Amin recognising the needs of his community started by the establishment of an Endowment on which he launched Khartoum Ahlia School for under privileged Students with the school becoming a success it enabled him to expand and grow and build more schools in Over 5 states all Over Sudan.

This later expanded and became to what we know now as S.M.A (Sheikh Mustafa Amin) Schools
Today S.M.A Endowment Schools are recognised as the most prominent schools in Sudan with a Student Count of Over 7,000 Students securing the its place as the No: 1 Ranked non Private school in the Country
